We had MANY duplicate pieces and then in the end were missing 3. I’m not interested in doing the WHOLE puzzle again and they can’t replace pieces. Would love the option of refund or credit for a future puzzle.

I love ugly Christmas sweaters so I had to buy this puzzle!  I really enjoyed putting this puzzle together.  It was bright & colorful & just enough challenge to make it fun, but not frustrating.
