4 of 5 Overview of all puzzles February 22, 2021

I recently purchased 5 of your puzzles. My wife and I love your puzzles because of the larger pieces and durability and designs of the cuts. However, in all of the puzzles we ordered the cuts did not come out clean. There are several clumps of pieces that were not cut all the way through and as a result, clumps of 3-6 pieces are all stuck together. I am sort of a purist and like all the pieces of a puzzle detached from each other so I get max enjoyment in working your puzzles. Other than that, we are happy
