Thank you for your patience and our apologies with any quality issue you've experienced with our puzzles.
We have staffing issues at the moment and our Puzzle Replacement form is temporarily closed. We will re-open on Monday, December 21st, 2020. In the meantime, please prepare...

HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT FOR MY DEFECTIVE PUZZLE?
1. Get your Cobble Hill puzzle box lid and a pen.
2. Find the UPC bar code.
3. Use the pen to sign your initials and the date ON your bar code. See example below.

4. Take a photo of your UPC that you signed.
5. On December 21st & onward, come back to our website to fill out our form & be prepared to upload the UPC bar code image.
6. That's it! We'll be in touch to take care of you after we receive your form!
7. Please be kind - we're all humans doing our best to provide a service during these unprecedented times. Thank you!


As a gentle reminder, please do check around your home for a missing piece, they often turn up – even in homes with no kids, no pets, and hardwood floors - also, check the plastic bag that the pieces came in, they don't always all spill out! Last note, all reputable puzzle companies offer some kind of replacement program, so please confirm that you see our logo on the box and
contact the right company
as we cannot forward your request for you.

With minimal staff and stock, we do have to keep a minimum puzzle purchase of $70.00 CDN & USD (before tax and shipping) - it's approximately four puzzles. This ensures that our staff is able to maximize their time and offer the quickest service possible to you. We know that many of our puzzle fans can easily complete four puzzles, but that may supply some of our newer puzzlers for a long, long time.

If you just want to buy one puzzle, we highly encourage you to shop with our retailers.
